EDEN takes to the track of the 31st edition of the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc

To mark its 40th anniversary, the 2CV Méhari Club took part in the 2022 edition of the Aïcha des Gazelles rally in Morocco from 19 March to 2 April.
An Eden electric Mehari fitted with a roof of photovoltaic panels was at the heart of this life-size test to promote innovations and solutions for ecological and virtuous mobility. Alongside the category 100% electric “E-Gazelle”, the specially prepared “solar” electric Eden took to the road for the first time in the desert to take up the twofold challenge of mastering navigation and range.
The result of a partnership with Provence Éco Energie, a photovoltaic specialist, the solar Eden, born in Cassis, is an innovation 100% Provencal.
